My experience was the worst I was warned about getting work done at Mercedes on 6/26/2019 I called and asked for the service department in regards to getting a quote on a damaged valve stem on my tire the damage is pretty minor so I took a chance I was told to bring in the tire to be inspected to find out if it would be a easy fix or if replacement was needed I walked in the service department and explained my situation the service advisor recommended that I let the mechanics look at the tire and and then tell me what the problem was and a quote I was late for work and had already changed out the bad tire and was using the spare donut I was clear that I wanted to know the price before any work was done the service advisor gave me prices including labor that was surprisingly under 60.00 dollars I then gave my number and said to call me when the mechanics find out something after an hour or so I received a txt saying the valve stem had been replaced with out my permission and not only that the price was 4 times what we talked about .. Quality of service was superb, which was provided by Ivan B., sales associate & Dan R., sales manager. As far as the work that was done, the work was done accurately and correctly.
